On September 4, a Women Employees Networking Event hosted by the Okazaki Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held at our Fukuju Mirai plant, welcoming 28 participants from companies across Okazaki City.

During the event, participants toured our factory facilities, including examples of karakuri mechanisms designed to reduce the physical burden on workers. They also took part in themed networking sessions with employees from diverse backgrounds, including managers, working parents, and male employees who have taken childcare leave. Participants actively exchanged ideas and experiences on topics such as career development and work styles while sharing their different perspectives and values.

Through these interactions that transcended company and organizational boundaries, both participants and our employees gained new insights and built valuable connections. The event provided a meaningful opportunity to reflect on creating a workplace where everyone can work comfortably and thrive.
