Information security basic Policy
The Maruyasu Group works to maintain and improve appropriate information security throughout the company based on the following policies, in order to protect the information assets entrusted by our customers and business partners, as well as those owned by our group companies, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to live up to the trust of our customers and society.
01.Establishment of Internal System
We establish information security measures as formal internal rules and establishes an organization to maintain and improve them.
02.Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
We comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meet the expectations of our customers.
03.Response to Violations and Accidents
In the unlikely event of a violation of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or accident related to information security, we will minimize the damage, promptly inform the relevant parties, and thoroughly prevent recurrence.
04.Education, Enlightenment
We continuously provide information security education to our executives and all employees to improve their literacy.
