From mid-April to mid-June, we conducted on-the-job training for new employees for about two months. By experiencing the actual manufacturing site, they can learn about the workflow in the manufacturing environment and the way of thinking on the shop floor. Although they were confused by the unfamiliar work environment and tasks, they were able to communicate with the staff on-site, making it a fulfilling on-the-job training experience.
