On April 1, our company held a company entrance ceremony to welcome a total of 44 new colleagues. Our president, Taiichiro Yamada, explained the management philosophy and future company policies, delivering a greeting expressing his expectations for the new employees’ future success. The new employees, filled with both nervousness and excitement, each introduced themselves and shared their aspirations as members of the company. It was a wonderful ceremony overflowing with enthusiasm for new challenges.
