On January 15th, the “Coming of Age Celebration” was held. President Yamada and Labor Union Chairman Iguchi also attended the ceremony, which proceeded in a calm and composed atmosphere throughout. From the President and the Chairman, messages of appreciation for the members’ past efforts, as well as warm encouragement and expectations for them as the next generation, were sent to the new adults. During the subsequent meal, colleagues who usually work in different departments were delighted to reunite after a long time, and it was impressive to see them chatting with smiles.
