The 41st Quality Control Conference was held at the Okazaki Factory from November 11 to 12. With the cooperation of suppliers and personnel from Maruyasu Group locations both in Japan and abroad, this event shared the achievements of this year’s quality activities and facilitated active exchanges of opinions.

President Yamada delivered a message: ‘When a problem occurs, let’s pursue the root cause and think about preventive measures together.’

During the group discussions, participants engaged in lively debates on the difficulties of interviews and investigative surveys, as well as possible solutions, providing an opportunity to deepen their learning.

At each manufacturing site, participants observed improvement activities and manufacturing practices, asking enthusiastic questions and considering how to apply what they learned to their own workplaces.

Most importantly, the event was significant in that it allowed participants to build stronger relationships and trust among each other.
