We received the highest rating of three stars in Okazaki City’s ‘With Certification,’ a program that certifies businesses promoting diverse work styles. This certification is awarded by the city of Okazaki to local businesses that actively promote areas such as ‘women’s empowerment,’ ‘work-life balance,’ and ‘the active participation of diverse talent,’ and it also serves as ‘proof of a workplace where people want to work and continue to work.’ Moving forward, we want to continue making earnest efforts to create a workplace where everyone can work comfortably.
