On June 19th, the 23rd M.TPS conference was held at Maruyasu Industries’ Okazaki plant, where the achievements of the daily improvement activities of the entire Maruyasu Group, including its affiliated companies, were presented. Many people participated in the conference, including the president and executives, local staff from overseas offices, and partner companies. It was a great opportunity for everyone to think about whether there are any ‘MURI, MURA, or MUDA’ in their work methods and whether the tasks they take for granted are truly necessary.
