The 40th Quality Control Convention was held on November 19-20. On the first day, a total of 43 people gathered, including internal personnel, suppliers, and eight persons in charge of overseas bases (in the U.S., France, Thailand, and China). Lively discussions were held on the theme of “Building a Workplace with Good Communication. On the second day, the participants exchanged opinions on quality improvement activities, mainly with those in charge of overseas bases, followed by a tour of quality improvement workplaces in the company. Participants commented that they would like to take what they learned and realized from the workshop back to their workplaces and put it into practice. For the further development of the Maruyasu Group, we will continue to value the connections we have built with our colleagues at overseas bases and will work to improve quality by sharing information with our teams and groups.
