On November 3 and 23, the Okazaki Plant hosted workplace tours for employee families. The purpose was to help fathers and mothers deepen their understanding of their jobs and the company, and to create communication between parents and children. The tour was targeted at families with children, and 12 groups of 43 families participated over the two days. On the day of the event, participants enjoyed a meal in the cafeteria and events such as a ring toss and a game of Struck Out. Participants commented, “It was fun. I didn’t know what kind of environment they work in, so it was good to know more about it. I didn’t know what kind of environment they work in, so it was good to learn more about it,” and so on. Our company will continue to support the work-life balance of our employees and aim to be a good place to work for all of them.
