Solar thermal system “ReTerra”
Earth-friendly living with Solar thermal
Solar thermal system is a system in which a thermal collector is installed on the roof to produce hot water with the heat of the sun. Since it uses solar thermal, which is one of the renewable energies, it is an earth-friendly system that reduces CO₂ emissions. Solar thermal system has a higher energy conversion efficiency compared to solar power generation systems. Even if the installation space on the roof is limited, it is easy to get the saving effect.

Advantages of using Solar thermal
  • Available anywhere
    in the world
It is suitable for local production for local consumption and contributes to energy self-sufficiency.
  • Unlimited renewable
    energy
There is no concern about depletion. Contributes to the prevention of global warming because it does not emit CO₂.
  • Excellent self-support
    and disaster prevention
Solar water heaters were also used in the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
The mechanism of “ReTerra”

With ReTerra, you can easily
save money by living life as usual.

ReTerra
  • ReTerra absorbs thermal from the sun’s rays with a thermal collector.
  • The thermal absorbed by the collector is carried by the thermal transfer medium to the tank, where it heats the water in the tank and turns it into hot water.
  • To avoid scalding, the water is mixed with tap water and sent to a hot water temperature of about 35℃. The gas water heater adjusts the temperature to the required level.
  • The temperature-controlled hot water can be used by turning on the faucet as usual.
  • Lowering the load on gas water heaters saves on gas bills and reduces CO₂
