Anti-Corruption Policy
The Maruyasu Group with high ethical standards, we strive to prevent corruption and ensure fair,
and sound relationships with all stakeholders. We have established the “ Anti-Corruption Policy ” (“Policy”) as follows.
01.Prevention of Corruption
The Maruyasu Group prohibits any form of receiving and giving bribery. Also, we prohibit the receiving and giving of inappropriate entertainment, gift, facility and other benefits that exceed acceptable limits under normal social conventions.
02.Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Maruyasu Group complies with anti-corruption laws and rules of each country and region in which it operates
03.Keeping Payment Records
The Maruyasu Group will record its accounting books accurately based on facts under appropriate accounting standards and keep payment record appropriately.
04.Internal control
The Maruyasu Group will continue monitoring compliance with anti-corruption based on relevant laws and regulations and take necessary actions in accordance with results.
05.Reporting and Actions
The Maruyasu Group will promptly report the matter and take appropriate measures in a timely manner in case we find any act breaching or possibly preaching anti-corruption laws, regulations internal rules or other regulations.
06.Dealing with breach
When it becomes aware of facts that any officer or employee of our group breaches relevant anti-corruption laws and regulations or internal rules, we will strictly apply the applicable sanction procedures based on internal rules.
07.Education and Enrooting
The Maruyasu Group provides all officers and employees with regular education and training on anti-corruption, such as the prohibition of bribery and raising awareness.
