\u201cWhat are the strengths of Maruyasu?\u201d Every time I am asked this question, the faces of the employees come to my mind. We have various assets to be proud of, such as the technological capabilities cultivated over many years, the relationships of trust with our customers, and our development capabilities to create things that have never existed before. All of these are created by each and every employee.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur company motto, “Harmony”, includes the idea of cooperating and enhancing each other under one team. There can be a clash of opinions as we work toward the same goal. There are some employees who do not stand out as individuals, but who show an extraordinary ability in the team.

We consider the once-in-a-century period of change as an opportunity for \u201cgrowth\u201d and \u201cchange\u201d in the future.<\/h4>\n

The automobile industry has entered a once-in-a-century period of change.
\nNew technologies such as electrification and automated driving are emerging one after another, and we are forced to face the big paradigm shift.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHowever, these changes can also be seen as a great opportunity if we change our mindset. Fortunately, we have a lot of unique know-how that we have cultivated over many years in the development and manufacture of automotive parts. Taking advantage of this strength, we are now focusing on product development in fields other than automobiles.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe intend to actively invest resources in order to further accelerate this innovation movement. Recently, we have established the new product planning office directly under the President, and motivated young employees have participated in it.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith the passage of time, the nature of company also changes significantly. In times of drastic change, we will continue to sow seeds for the future while valuing our identity.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
